Form Submission Without Late Fee: March 14, 2025 – April 20, 2025
Form Submission With Late Fee: April 21, 2025 – April 27, 2025
Assignment Submission Deadline: Extended to April 30, 2025
Examination Period: June 2, 2025 – July 11, 2025
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Before submitting the exam form, ensure the following:
Valid Registration: Your course registration is active and not time-barred.
Assignment Submission: All required assignments have been submitted by the due date.
Minimum Duration: You have completed the minimum duration required for the course.
ABC ID Creation: An Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID is mandatory.
📝 Steps to Submit the Exam Form
Access the Portal: Visit the IGNOU Exam Form Portal.
Read Instructions: Carefully go through the guidelines provided.
Fill in Details: Enter your enrollment number, program code, and select your preferred exam center.
Select Courses: Choose the courses you wish to appear for in the examination.
Payment: Pay the examination fee using the available online payment methods.

Theory Courses: ₹200 per course
Practical Courses:
Up to 4 credits: ₹300 per course

Project Evaluation:
Up to 4 credits: ₹300 per course
Above 4 credits: ₹500 per course
Late Fee: ₹1,100 (applicable from April 21 to April 27, 2025)
📍 Exam Centre Selection
First-Come, First-Served: Exam centers are allotted based on availability.
No Changes Allowed: Once selected, the exam center cannot be changed.
Alternate Centers: If your chosen center is full, you may be allotted a nearby center.
🎫 Hall Ticket
Availability: Hall tickets will be uploaded approximately one week before the exams.
Requirements: Carry the hall ticket and your IGNOU ID card to the exam center.
